Access to network drives is vital to Enerfab
employees remaining as productive as possible. Unfortunately, sometimes these
network drives fail to map to your computer, which can cause frustration and downtime.
Fortunately, this can often be resolved by completing the following
steps:
1) Click on your Start Button.
2) In the Search field type:
\\ZCORDC4\Netlogon\Master.bat
3) If you receive the Security warning below, click Run.
4) A black Command Prompt box will open, run the script,
and then close.
5) Once the box closes, check your network drives. The
missing drives should now appear.
This procedure will resolve most drive
mapping issues. However, in the event it fails, please submit a ticket to the
Help Desk so we can further troubleshoot.
